In order to become a member of Approved Movers, each Removal or Storage company is required to provide us with evidence of up to date Public Liability and Goods in Transit insurance. Only once these have been vetted do we add new members to our list. There is also an expectation for service reliability and the maintenance of suitable vehicle conditions. Finally, the member agrees to uphold our code of conduct, ensuring all customers are treated fairly and that any complaints are addressed.
In the unlikely event that a problem arises with your removals or storage, your first point of call should be the removals company you have contracted with. Most disputes, such as property damage or an unexpected delay in arrival time, can be resolved amicably with the customer service team of your chosen company. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, contact us and we will escalate the issue to the appropriate management team, with the expectations of a rapid resolution. If the member refuses to resolve a reasonable complaint, they risk removal from our listing, and the consequences of such.
